Question on how to tone my arms....
So I just started going to the gym, and I spoke with a trainer there and he told me that my arms have salt pockets on them. How can I tone them without becoming some butch lady? I just want to be able to wear a tank top or swimsuit and not be mortified. If anyone has any secrets please let me know.

Dumbbells
Start with light weight dumbbells then increase in weight. Muscle takes up less room than fat so go for it for great arms.

You don't need to worry about bulking up. Women do not bulk up without enhancement drugs. I have toned my arms with consistent dumbbell training starting out with 5 lbs and slowly increasing to 8, then 10, now 12. For the muscle tone to show it is important to lose body fat also.
