Sea Salt--hummmm
I know sea salt is better for you.... is it because it has less sodium than regular salt?

Sodium is sodium
1 gram of sodium is 1 gram of sodium. All salt is the same. Table salt has a anti caking agent to keep it from clumping. Sea may have larger granules and no caking agent; however, it is still sodium.

Agree
Just compare labels, there's not much difference. Just use sparingly.

Sea Salt
Using Sea Salt you will use less sodium because you use WAY less sea salt than standard table salt.

And Sea Salt has trace vitamins and minerals thus making it more nutritional also.
