Setting up workout - two different routines
I am SO lost.

Here's what I want to set up. I go to the gym two days a week. I do one strength/cardio workout the first day, and a different strength/cardio routine the second day. I aim for Monday and Thursday, but sometimes my work schedule forces me to choose different days. I want to use the FitClick iPhone app in the gym so that I can see weights/reps and submit my workouts.

I can't figure out how to enter the two workouts, and select the appropriate one from the iPhone app. It seems that you can only have one active workout, and it must be assigned to specific days of the week, and you can't see the workout in the iPhone app if it's not the assigned date.

It it possible for me to use FitClick in this scenario? Thanks!

one workout routine
create 1 new workout routine that sets your workout on monday and thursday. if you complete the workout on a different day you can change the date before submission through the calendar

to create a workout click on "switch" on the tracker next to the workout name, then choose "set up your workout', then "i want to create my own workout". choose 7 as the number of workout plan days so you can set the days of the week you want the workouts to be scheduled on. then build your workout in the creator

thanks!
Ah, now I have it. I wasn't understanding that there's a pull down menu where you select the day of the week, and add exercises for each of your workout days.

Thank you!
