Do this and your shake
The best way to deal with unwanted flab is to firstly begin an exercise program which includes both weight training for increase lean muscle tissue and cardio activity to burn off body fat. Secondly a monitored and balanced nutritional intake.

I love Shakeology!
I swear by Shakeology! It totally decreases my appetite throughout the day and also gives me more energy! I drink my shake for lunch most days but I also add a banana or some other fruit to it-- the shakes all taste great. It also definitely helps keep me on track with the rest of my eating habits throughout the day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone trying to slim down a bit, but especially anyone who tends to snack all day and over eat (like myself!)
