Skip or delete workouts?
I took a bit of a hiatus from my diet and workouts from october to now and plan to get back into things on Monday. I set my diet back up and prescribed meals, but i can;t do the same with workouts because my old ones I never did.
Is there a faster way to update to present than skip every workout individually for some 90 days between october and now?

You can click the "switch" link on your Workout Tracker, re-select your desired workout and enter the desired start date. By re-selecting your workout plan, you will completely erase all of your missed workouts from October to the new start date.

That worked great, thanks!
And for anyone else reading or wondering, it retained the saved history of my old previous workouts.
