Snack Brat
When I am at home I tend to eat less than on my work days portion control and snacking under control. But when I am at work, my stomach is like clock work. Hungry at 1030 am and again at 330pm and when I am bored. I tend to like fruity, salty, spicy or sour snacks. I can stay away from sweets for the most part with no problem. Wondering what some of your favs are that help keep the tummy full and the cravings at bay?

In the Same Boat
I have the same cravings at work and the times seem to dictate when I snack. I'm not sure what it is ,but I work in an computer technical postion where most of my day is sitting. 11:30 comes around and I'm craving lunch and that's after I just finished a snack @ 10:00.
WHen I get home at night, the first thing I reach for is something salty( few fat free sourdough pretzels, slice of cheese). Sweets, I agree, I don't crave, but the salty stuff is tasty. Don't know why.
