Sodium mg Change
Hi everyone! I've been using FitClick for about a month and so far I like it very much. I've lost weight each week and I believe I'm learning to eat more healthily.

My question is about my total sodium consumed per day. It appears to have decreased by almost half even though what I eat has not changed. I assume that the nutrition information for something I'm eating has changed but I don't know what. I can't go back and check because the entries for previous days have been updated with the new data.

Is there any way to find out what items nutrition information have been changed?

I apologize if this has been addressed before - I did try to look for an answer before posting.

Re:
Hello RoseCompose,

It is possible that the values were updated to reflect the most current nutrition info. If it was a FitClick added food we may have edited the values. If it was a user food the user could have updated the food. We are unable to track which item was edited. This is something that could be useful in the future though, so we'll let our development team know.
