biking is the best!
I'm not a hard core dedicated bike rider doing tons of miles per day, but I do ride for about 30 minutes most mornings. Some days I have to convince myself to do it, but once I'm on the bike I love it! I don't take music along with me as I'm on a highway and have to be able to hear the few cars around at that time of day, but I find it frees my mind to wander aimlessly about on its own while I ride. Before you know it, your done and back at home. It's nice to know that no matter what the day throws at you, you've already gotten some exercise so there's no late day excuse or being too tired to do something after work.
