Stability Ball routine....WOW...
Last night did a stability ball routine that I finally transferred from my VHS tape and WOW what a workout....It was a lot of bouncing and lifting and rolling...not just the leg raises, etc... May have found another fun exercise!!! I realized too that I NEED MORE AIR IN MY BALL. I have a bike pump but it does not have the right connection to insert into the opening...I know that service stations have the same kind of connection....what do I do??? what do I do????

I love my stability (Swiss) ball!! they are not super expensive... if you can't figure a way to inflate it consider getting another.

Had the same issue.
I have been doing Swiss ball workouts for a while, but old ball had no way of being filled. Got another used one at Goodwill. I guess that is why people donate them. The one I have is a little flat, but still works well. My child loves it, a lot more than I do!
