Starting back to strength training---
Haven't strength trained in awhile and need to start back but unsure what to do first......suggestions appreciated!!!

I was in the same boat about a year ago and decided to start with my own body weight...since I had a lot.
I basically did:
Pushups
Pull ups
Dips
Lunges
I did this for about a month 3-4x a week, and then move onto free weights. However, I still do the above exercises with more reps now.
For me, this was a nice transition into free weights.
However, as mentioned above, db are not a bad place to start either since they come is a wide range of weights.

Starting back to strength training-
Try Bodybuilding.com. It has beginner's programs, solid advice and videos of most exercises. There are workout plans you can follow.
