Stretching for Workouts
First off, really love this site and have recommended it to all my family and friends. Now do to business, can this site add a stretching section to the workouts. I'm often unsure what stretches to do with my workouts to get the full effect. It would really be great if it were like the rest of the workout list, with a name and a physical and written description on how to do the stretches. Maybe even have how long to hold the stretches and number of repetitions.
