Superball Sunday Strategy
They say that Superbowl Sunday is the second most high caloric intake day in America, second only to Thanksgiving. What are you guys doing today to minimize the calorie over consumption - if anything?

I was really nervous about the Super Bowl. My boyfriend and our friends bought wings, shrimp, chips, dip, desserts, etc... I was surprised that I did really well. I drank a lot of water throughout the day. When it was time for "dinner" I managed to eat only 2 wings, about 8 shrimp, and a few whole wheat pretzels. I was so proud of myself! It actually helped me to see everyone else eating cheesesteaks and everything and realize that they would be feeling bloated and crappy this morning and I would be feeling good.
