Support needed, support ready to give!
Ok, I am struggling with losing my last 20 pounds. I have already lost about 35 pounds and feel great, however I am battling with my temptations and stress eating like never before. I am a single mother going back to school full time and finding the time to exercise IS causing some issues. ALSO, all this stress has brought back my bad habits. ALL excuses I know, and yet I am here, struggling. So, if you are out there and willing to lend some support, I am here ready to give some of my own. I found this site last night and hope this can be another weapon to my weight loss goals.

I'm not mean but I am blunt. So what would we be supporting are going to find the solutions to your new set of roadblocks to good health? They say using the most effective workout plans only requires sessions to last no more that 20 mins at a time a few times a week. What about starting with 5 min walks before or after every meal you can and right out of bed, on an empty stomach providing your not starving yourself or dehydrated, this works well to reduce fat, it does work I know. Get an hour for lunch eat in 30 mins walk for 30 mins at a normal enjoyable pace do your fat burning pace at home. You've come to a good place for support, we'll be more that glad to help!

Try to experience less. I think that you know that stress awakens your appetite and you want to eat regularly.
