The 25,000 Crunch Challenge
How long will it take us to do 25,000 crunches as a community? I'm putting out a challenge for each of us to attempt to do at least 100 crunches 3X per week and post them here.

Tonight I did 3 sets of 40 that's 120 total to get us started!

I did 40 this morning... takes us to 160!!

I did 2 sets of 30 = 60, so takes us to220

Only crunches
I do abs 4 times a week and this is my routine, 1 set of 100 side crunches on both sides, 1 set of 100 bicycle crunches, 1 set of 100 leg raises, 1 set of 100 crunches to finished total is 500. Then on saturday I do 1 set of 60 swiss ball side crunch on both sides, 1 set of 60 swiss ball jackkifes, 1 set of 60 swiss ball back extension, 1 set of 60 swiss ball leg lifts. I know that sounds like alot but if you train you abs it's like jogging it gets easy after awhile.


Add 500 new total is 720

We might have to make this challenge harder - we'll be at 25,000 in no time with your contributions. Awesome!

Add another 100 for me. Now we are at 820!

I do 30-60 a day how do we track it?

Crunches does the body good
100 side crunches both sides, 100 bicycle, 100 leg raise, 100 crunches all one set.


New total is 1490
