Things are not working out....
The last three days are just not working out! It feels like since I decided to get healthier and diet my eating habits are worse and my plans to workout more haven't even started. I wake up and tell myself tomorrow will be better to start working out. My food choices are healthy but I am eating larger portions. HELP!!!

Don't keep putting it off until the next day. It takes time to get into a healthier eating habit. Expect good days and bad days. Wish you well!

I was the exact same way until I just made up my mind I was going to make a change.... I made myself start walking. It's hard to get motivated but once you do nothing will stop you. I am a single mom of 4 and work a full time job. I was walking at lunch time everyday. It is a great stress releif to once you get into a routine. Wish you well and good luck

You have to make the commitment, FitClick can help you accomplish your goals. It doesn't happen over night just like weight gain doesn't happen over night. Just starting a low calorie diet without exercise may be inefective and actually increase the amount of fat your body is likely to store. About 25% of weight lost from a low calorie diet is lean muscle tissue leading to a slower metabolism. The word diet shouldn't come in the same sentence as I want to get healther. Instead of diet I like to call it a monitored and ballanced nutritional intake. The best way to deal with unwanted flab. Begin a exercise program which includes both weight training for increase lean muscle tissue and aerobic activity to burn body fat. Then a monitored and ballanced nutritional intake. A good place to start is Curves I hear alot of good comments. You can do it and 2lbs a week is a good healthy weight loss.
