Time is not on my side
Need advice. I'm 62 and my activity is pretty null. My day starts at 5:30, 1.5 -2 hrs most days to get to work, I'm a computer engineer so that means I sit most of the day in front of the crazy monitor, go home (1.5 -2 hrs again), and arrive around 7:30pm pooped. I eat a modest dinner, relax (stress break) and before I know it it's time for nighty night.
? How does one get in any exercise with a routine like this or what suggestions can people offer?

Time
What about days off
Can you make an extra effort to work out those days and maybe struggle to find time another day or 2 a week

work too much to exercise
I'm in similar situation so I am going to take arm and ankle weights to keep at my desk and use for leg lifts and arm curls, use during my 15 min breaks (when I get them), and fit in some push ups, sit ups, and dance to a favorite song once a day.
a few minutes of this an that adds up vs. doing nothing at all.
Wish me luck.

Walk or take a short run on your lunch break. Take dumbbells to work and use them on your breaks. Make sure you are eating healthy as well.

Weekends
It is my only time to get in any exercise in between all the weekend chores that have to be done. Don't feel i can much time in with all the interruption of the weekends to get things done.

Walking
Needed to mention that I am getting at lunch time and walking about 1.5 miles, but just don't feel it's enough. Problem is can't do this everyday with meetings and all.
Thanks for all your advice everyone!
