Trying to win a bet
I started at 221lbs in February and now am down to 207.5lbs. I have until July 1 to be under 200lbs and I am looking for some quick help with the last 7.5... I don't want to do this dangerously and I plan to come back to the calories in and calories burned after this weekend but I sure am looking for quick help. I think I can lose 3 lbs of water weight with no problem... so I'm really looking for help with about 5 lbs in 4 days....

Any advice would be appreciated.

only thing i can think of is doing short of starving yourself is daily double sessions of cardio. you have to be careful that you don't injure yourself and stay hydrated, but if you keep your heart rate down (say, incline treadmill walking) and complete the exercise for a longer time period (1-2 hours of walking) you should lose the weight. and maybe do 1 session of shorter, higher-intensity cardio (220s or 440s) and the 2nd session of lower-intensity but longer cardio.

any other thoughts out there?

body cleanse
Had you posted this a little earlier, I would have recommended a body cleanse. I did one last year and lost 6 lbs after a week long cleanse consisting of a special protein drink and green veggies. It was really hard to eat only green veggies for a week (and I might try again with ALL veggies and see what kind of results I get), but it was good weight loss, and I actually kept it off for several months. Plus you really get rid of a lot of crap in your body. Losing water weight is pointless because you will just gain it right back.
