Updating Workouts
I an trying to edit my workout, and update with actuals, but even though the area higlights that I want to change, nothing happens when I press the keys for the numbers. Am I doind something wrong???

I had the same problem with updating a workout when I first started using FitClick.
When you are on the workout for a particular day, look to the calendar on the upper right of the screen. If any of the previous days are highlighted with a dark color, then you can't make changes to the current workout day without submitting the previous workouts. A dark color on the day means the workout was not submitted. After you have completed a workout, press the "submit" button.
When a workout is submitted, the color of that calendar day will change from dark to a light blue. At this point, you can make changes to your current workout day.
