Used to be the skinny girl...
Hi everyone. I just signed up. I am 31, a mom of 4 with 3 step kids, and sit all day at a desk. I have a history of not following through with anything, including weigbht loss. I was always the tiny, skinny girl, but now I've ballooned up to 180lbs. It wears me out to walk short distances. I feed my kids what I have available, and don't really have the money to buy the healthier choices. I seem to always want to be "full". I think these are excuses. I don't want to spend my thirties as unhappy as I was in my late twenties. I retreat from people because I think they just look at my weight. This is also having an impact on my marriage. My husband is an extrovert and I don't want to be around his younger, prettier, skinnier friends.

And so, here I go. It's the afternoon and I may have gotten McDonald's breakfast this morning, but I will not tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Get The Change In Motion.
Plan what you want to do to change your lifestyle. Just by being here is one small step. Set up small goals that are within reason and don't beat yourself up if you have a set back, just move forward and never look back.

I also was a skinny girl! But several months ago I started working for online writing service where you can buy essays online and I write perfect essays but I absolutely don't have time for doing exercises!
