Using the calories burned tracker
I'm new to this website, & like what I've seen so far. However, I cannot figure out how to track my calories burned! I can add the exercise, but don't know how to include the length of time I do them. And the numbers in the right column........what are those? Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated!

Numbers in Right colum
Grammy,
The numbers represent your weight range. To include time or miles just click and it will allow you to enter in a time etc. Hope this helps.
