Visitors and diets don't go together
Why is it that those of us in the south think that when you have European guests for 2 weeks that everything revolves around FOOD!!! Is it the same from where you live? Us cajuns love our food!!!

A Challenge
It is a challenge when you have visitors or you are visiting to eat your normal diet. I try to keep as much on track as possible.

Try eating whatever everyone else eats, just be sure to limit your portions. Small portions, one serving -- save room for the extras that you know are coming.

Know how you feel
Any time my mom comes to visit she wants to eat out, which ever since I started this diet I rarely eat out unless its low cal (small 400 cal wrap and such). Though even last trip here after eating out i only had about 1800 cals that day which isn't too bad
