WANTED workout/diet buddy & some help logging in stuff on site
Hi just found site today looking for buddy. for motivation and horror stories. I am 40 yaers old female wife and mother of 15 year old boy.my familys weight is great mine sucks hard for them to understand what i deal with trying to stay on track all the time please reply if you need a buddy too. thanks

I just started about two weeks ago and love the site. It is very easy to use and keeps me motivated but so far have no one to talk to along the way. Daily blog is like talking to myself! LOL

Will be nice to have a buddy...we can inspire each other. I am 49 and both my children are grown with my 25yr old daughter very much an active part of my life! I'm trying to lose about 20-30 pounds so I am healthier when I hit 50!

I just started yesterday here onthe site. I love the easy use and for the first time I am blogging! LOL.

Buddies are nice as we can help motivate each other. I am 44 and both my children are grown but my husband has custody of his 13 year old daughter.

For years I have been trying to loose the weight from having my children. About two years ago I gained an unexplained 100 pounds. The doctor's did all the tests and everything came back normal. There was no change in diet or exercise. My goal is to geet back down to about 130 pounds, half of what I weigh now. I know that it is going to take a long time but it will make a healthier me.

I'll be your buddy... I too am trying to lose weight to get down to 130. I am currently at 207 pounds. In the past year I have lost 30 pounds just by taking the appropriate thyroid medication. I used to think people were full of crap when they said "I have a thyroid problem". Now I know it's real and am dealing with it myself. Through therapy groups I have learned to take "baby steps" and set smaller goals rather than setting out saying I want to be 130 pounds. So, my first goal is to reach or get below 200 pounds so that I can have my tubes untied so I can potentially have a child with my fiance. Anyways, I'm just starting on this website as of a few days ago. Friend request me if you want.

help
if you still need a diet buddy i would do it ineed one .i need to lose at least 50 lbs.my family doesn/t understand diering none of them are dieting.this is difficult for me .but i am determened to lose the weight.
