WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAU - NEED HELP :-)!
I STARTED OFF AT 152 LBS AND I AM NOW 128 LBS BUT I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET TO 122 OR 120 AND I CANT, IM STUCK!! PLEASE HELP!

Keep it UP!
A lot depends on your program and how long you have been working at it. When I plateau - I go for muscle confusion - change your workout try something new and different - you;ve done great keep at it. Use your workout as stress relief from day to day hassles!
