Bunco Friday
I get out of control when I play Bunco once a month. Too many snack temptations, but try to get back on track the next day. Also hard when company over.

Weekends
I don't usually have a huge problem on the weekend but today I was at a party and lost a bit of control with the spread offered. Once I get started with sweets and snacks it is really hard for me to stop. I am really disciplined in general though so any gain will come off very quickly.

weekend woes
I fall apart (foodwise) on the weekends, too! I thought about it a lot this weekend. I think it is the lack of structure. I cook for only me and eat alone, so I can eat when I want and that is much of the problem. Paula

Interesting assumption
@freakfreeloader: Now why would you assume I would be watching a hockey game this weekend? You won't guess the team I route for, though I'm actually still an Oilers fan at heart ;)

Halloween candy was my weakness this past weekend (as it was last night) and I also had a small piece of that darned pie! Worked out at the gym this morning and will run tonight to make amends to my body!
