Weight Watchers vs FitClick
Hi there! I've been on and off of this site for a couple months now. I've used Weight Watchers in the past and had some success. I'm tossing the idea around about joining again and wondered what others thought about Weight Watchers. Have you tried it? How do you think it compares to FitClick?

Thanks in advance for any input!

Choice
Weight Watchers teachers you correct food balances--fruits, vegies, protein, etc. Fit Click is your choice for what foods you wanna eat!

Weight Watchers vs FitClick
Thanks for your response, I appreciate it!

So, Weight Watchers is more guided in portion sizes and FitClick is less guided? I'm sorry if I sound ignorant. With money as tight as it is, I just want to find out what the difference between online Weight Watchers and FitClick is. If there are benefits to Weight Watchers that FitClick does not offer that are worth the price, I'll pay it. If not, I won't.

weight watchers v. fitclick
I've done both. The same challenges arose. Whether you count points or count calories, you are still counting. If you do not want to do that, you will not attain your goal irrespective of the program you use. The thing about weight watchers is that you weigh in once a week. That is good and bad - for me at any rate. I like to see my progress daily. I do measure myself once a week. That way I have specific measurable results as to my progress. I may not have lost a pound, but, I lost inches, or, vice versa. After months of failing to count points, I cancelled my membership to weight watchers. I wasn't participating. I decided to lose necessary weight, and, decided on FitClick instead of weight watchers because of the cost, and, FitClick has such a similar program, except FitClick uses calories (which are counted for you) instead of points. Weight watchers may hold you more accountable because you can only weigh in once a week. It also costs more money. Take the bull by the horns. Do FitClick, and, if it doesn't work for you, try weight watchers. Whatever your resistance may be to FitClick - you will take that with you to Weight watchers. Identify the issue and attack it. Good luck.
