I didn't do so good.

Enjoyed my favorites in moderation. Divided and froze leftovers within a day or so in meal size portions.

Ate very little today
I was bad on Thursday, better on Friday, ate normally yesterday and then very little today. With a little extra activity the end result was a lThanksgiving weekend with no weight change at all :)

Lots of Protein and Fiber
I just tasted most of the sides (very small servings) then loaded up on turkey breast and the healthy veggies.

I love teamwork in this. I'm doing it with my mom and we both egg each other on with eating good and exercising. It's a lot more fun and also more effective!
