What do you eat for energy?
I like good comfort foods for chilly days, sweet potatoes and black beans are a favorite.

I am finding healthy fats give me more energy then carbs. Nuts and nut butters, coconut oil (yes, straight up!), soft boiled egg are some of my best energy sources :)

Guys maybe someone will give advice. I have a problem with male health, scientifically speaking erectile dysfunction. I'd like to try to eat healthy meals and take the drug nizagara. How do you think this method of treatment will help?
