What keeps you motivated?
Keeping up the habit of working out every day is tough for most of us. What are some ways you keep yourself motivated to hit the gym on your off-days?

To keep myself motivated I consider that, even if I feel too lazy to drive down the the track or the gym, I can do a workout at home (which is much easier to convince yourself to do). I think of all the exercises from practice or just in general and start one area of focus at a time. You can get the same workout without all the equipment if you do it right. Once you get your blood pumping, you're inspired.

@ KHoliday
Hey KHoliday,
I like your "no excuses" attitude! Do you find that you workout better at home than you do at the gym? I've thought about it, and even tried it.. but having 3 little kids - it becomes difficult to do ANYTHING at home! LOL

What keeps me motivated...
What keeps me motivated is the fact that my family depends on me… I have little children and need the energy and endurance to keep up with them!! Also, for the lasting health benefits – I plan on being around for a while.

Now that I figured out the "point" system this has somewhat motivated me....I WANT those 10 points so I'll get motivated by wanting to post those points to my board.....
