What keeps you motivated to continue to workout?
I do what I enjoy the most, walking and using resistance bands. Listening to good music while exercising helps. I also switch up my routine every so often.

I don't like workouts like at a gym, Eda...
but sometimes I just jump up and bust out dancing it gets the metabolism confused. LOL. Esp if I have been sitting on the computer.

Workouts are really a mood booster. I notice that days when I skimp on my workout, I feel depression creeping in.

I read and listen to sports on the computer while I ride the ex bike.
If outside I listen to music. Gotta have a routine

I love resistance bands.
Some criticize their use, but I find they do make you stronger.

I enjoy using the resistance bands. I've never had any problems with them. People criticize everything now a days. I do what has been working for me and what I enjoy :)
