What's the best time to weigh?
Why do I wait till after I exercise to weigh no matter what time that might be....is that a good thing to do or not?

Same time, same scale, same clothes.
I weigh every day after I get up on the same scale wearing the same thing. Just do the same that works for you. Weighing everyday keeps me on track.

Morning
Me too. First thing I do when I get up in the morning. I also use the same scale everyday that measures to 1/10th pound. It's not the number I care about as much as the change in the number. I disagree entirely with people who say you should not weigh yourself daily. That's the best way to make sure you are maintaining your ideal weight and allows you to adjust your diet and exercise accordingly!

weigh in
The same time every time.

I like to weigh in every morning when I get up.

I even try to wear similar weight clothes.

I heard
I heard that you weigh more in the morning then you do in the evening. I don't know if that's true or not and surprsingly you are taller in the morning! I usually weigh myself at night when I have finished all my exercises. Hope that helps!

Time
You are actually heavier at night time. The ideal time to weigh yourself is when you first wake up in the morning, after you pee. =)
