Keep Busy
I always weight train, bike or jog monday to friday. The weekend I like to play hockey, squash, ski, golf and that keeps me from being a couch potato. I also like to do woodworking, cabinets, decks, fences, floors, sheds and that will keep me busy. What makes this easy is my Wife is the same weight trains and jogs monday to friday. She likes to ski, golf and that is a bonus. I built her a beautiful shop in the house which is really cool because you have to walk through our gym first. She is certified and licence esthetician, nails, and pedicures.

Sounds great!
Having your home gym in a convenient spot is excellent. Mine is in a part of our basement I never go too. Out of sight out of mind:(
