Mornings and Afternoons
Run or swim alternating days in the am. Curves, Zumba and dumbbells in the afternoon. This fits my schedule best and keeps me motivated.

I split it up through out the day. In the morning I do the majority of my walking. In the afternoon, I do strength training and more walking. I finish the day off with an evening walk after dinner with my dog.
