I make buckwheat pancakes, so I'll modify the recipe and make waffles instead. Love buckwheat since I was a kid.

I Love Buckwheat Pancakes
I've never had buckwjeat waffles but the pancakes with wild blueberries and real maple syrup are awesome :)
