Why exercise heart rate monitors?
May be purchasing a heart rate monitor but don't know what's the good and bad of them....Do you have any input on this?

Heart Rate Monitors
I use a Polar FT60, it provides me with:
Resting Heart Rate
Time per session to include max HR, Min HR, total calories burned
Zones 1, 2, and 3 with time in each zone
It also will provide weekly goals target and actual to increase cardio fitness.
I find it to be very helpful in tracking and reaching my goals!
