Feeling better
Thanks for the great advice - I have been using different weights on upper body days. I want to work the muscles but I don't want to hurt myself, so certain exercises I am lifting much less weight than on others. However, that does make me think about my lower body days - I can probably up the weight a bit more.

I haven't included my back in my workouts but can probably incorporate an exercise or two in there - I've always been worried about hurting my back, however not strengthening those muscles doesn't seem like a good idea either!

Thanks for the advice about the sodium; it's a constant thorn in my side when it comes to planning meals. I'm learning though. It takes time but it's going to be worth it!

Look back at what you did
I know when you get results like that from a hard week of work, it feel's almost helpless. Don't worry you just might have to look at what you did and see if there's a leap hole. Maybe you might have to step up your game on your work outs or maybe your not eating enough, it could be a lot of things but once your have recongnized what you did you can start making changes. Just keep your head up and keep going and you'll see the results you want to see.

Hello
People who are willing to work on their body and their appearance deserve respect. I'm also sure that such people can work on an excellent job as a managing editor or as a senior editor about which you can read on the site https://jobsforeditors.com/managing-editor-job-description.html on which there are a managing editor job description, a senior editor job description and other managing editor job descriptions!
