Working out too much?
My husband recently expressed concern that I was getting too big. I work out 2 hours a day 6 days a week 30-35 minutes of cardio followed by 1 1/2 hours of lifting. I certainly don't mind decreasing my time in the gym or even losing a little muscle mass (especially in the legs). Can anyone recommend a variety of potential workouts to mix it up a little and keep me toned at the same time?
