Workout Tracker
I am trying to edit my workout tracker but it will not allow me to set my targets. I also am not able to post my actual excersie time that I spent working out. Please help

same problem with tracking
I am having the same problem....I really want to use this site but I can't seem to figure out how it works....the tracking part in particular. I am trying to put in the time I hiked. It is registering that I worked out but has nothing in calories burned etc... How do I enter the info? Have you figured it out yet?

Help with tracking
After you enter the activity, and the length of time for the activity, hit the save button above the activity box. After that, if you scroll back up, there is a box that says, something along the lines of track this work out, or update workout (it's next to a box that has the calendar date in it). This will move the info to the "My progress" tab. I had a hard time with this one when I first started using the web-site, too. Don't give up on it! This is an awesome site for tracking foods eaten and workouts! I love that it gives menus that will h elp you meet your daily intake goals! Good luck with the site!

Workout tracker....
I'm still tryin 2 figure it out 2, click on the + add exercise find what u did (example, treadmill/elliptical) put in your time, then hit the save update on that page, then go to the home toolbar click on my progress it should b on that page, click on the save update again & see if that works 4 ya. :)
