Workout suggestions & Cudos on the Diet Tracker
Just a couple of suggestions for the workout tab. I find it very difficult to navigate. It seems like I am constantly creating workouts, but unable to track them. I delete workouts, but they never go away, etc. It would also be nice to be able to enter user workouts since I don't follow many of the fit click ones specifically. Otherwise, I love this site and use it constantly. I am really impressed with the food tracking and love the additions to the home page. That has really helped keep me on track this week. This is one of the best sites I've found...and I have tried out a lot looking for "the one".

Ditto!
I am very pleased with the site, it is really making it easy for me to stay on track with the diet tracker.... I too am having a little trouble with the workout section not that easy to just add things... I use the Wii Fit alot too, fun with family and a workout for sure. Also walk on treadmill, just a little hard to imput your activities.

workout tracker updates
we have some updates pending -- first thing is to add search functionality (adding an exercise will be similar to adding foods in diet)
after that we'll add a prescriptive element to using someone else's workout so that you can let FitClick estimate the proper weight value for your level.
after that we'll allow for user-added exercise demonstration videos and user-added exercises. and that's just a few of the items.
bear with us as we continue to modify the product

workout tracker
I do not know how to log in my 30 minute walk today.
Does anyone know how this is done.
This is my first day on this site and so far I really like it except I do not know how to log in my walk.

Any way to track more than one workout per day?
Is there a way to track multiple workouts? I like to do my cardio early in the day and my strength after work, but I can't seem to track both on the same day. Am I missing something or is this function not possbile? Thanks

multiple workouts
if both items are part of the same workout you need to submit them together. you can't submit 1 part first and then the 2nd part later (yoiu could but it would involve deleting the 2nd part, saving the 1st part, then adding back the 2nd part)
but if you're just tracking, then add the first workout and submit. then, when you complete the 2nd workout add the exercises to that day and use the "save edits" function (as that day is now a saved "past" workout -- but all past workouts can be edited)

food for thought
I read that you like to do cardio early in day and strenghth trainging later. I don't know if you would have time for both together, but if you do your strenghth training then follow with cardio you burn more fat.

maybe this will help
if you go to workout tab, then add workout. go to cardio portion. choose a "walk" headline. click on the box and mark as favorite if u want to keep it on file. once u "add to workout" you will have to scroll down. you will be able to mark down your distance and time. then scroll back up to "submit" button... I hope this works for you.

workout
wanted to make sure this goes through to you... I am new to this portion. Click on "workout tab" then click "all exercises" then select "cardio" find walk. Then you will scroll down to where workout is located. you will want to select walk and click favorites if you plan on logging walking again. scroll down to your workout then add your distance and time. Then scroll back up to "submit" button.
