You're welcome for the BN Squash recipe. The baby ones are so cute and delish. Wow, you had an early work day. Very smart to pack what you could, then take the printed menu to the grocery store. Love the nonfat greek yogurt. I agree, being able to track the food here is fantastic. If my menu's not posted on the fridge in the morning, my husband goes looking for it!

Week 5
Hi, Everyone!
Well, I'm up 1.2 pounds this week, but somehow I still feel like I'm doing well. I did a Phase 1 tuneup in the middle of the week and then went back to Phase 3 on Saturday. Enjoyed lots of food and drink on Saturday. Was moderate on Sunday to compensate and got some exercise Sunday too, but I'm still up for the week. Thinking I'll stay on Phase 1 thru Thursday and start the cycle back up with a week of Phase 1 beginning on Friday.
60 points this week.

Week 5
Maintained this week on phase 2, 115 points. Going to make a big push these last 2 weeks, Zumba is having an extra 90 minute class this Friday night, that should help - good, clean fun!

Week 5 Status
Up 1.6 pounds, this is on phase 3, so I'm OK about it. I truly believe some of it is because yesterday was a very dehydrating day and I didn't drink nearly enough water because we were outside climbing and I really didn't feel like trying to pee in the woods off the side of a cliff!
I have 120 points for the week.
Today I'm back to Phase 1 for a tuneup.
I read in Diane Mag that the new (revised) plan reccommends Curves 4 days a week and walking every day, so I'm going to get a pedometer and try to add that.

Sauteed Apples
Posted a fast and easy recipe. Great as a side dish or with frozen french toast/waffles. Or with ice cream if you dare!

Julie's Italian Pasta Salad (July 2011)
Hi-
My Italian pasta salad recipe is posted as
"Julie's Italian Pasta Salad (July 2011)".
It takes a while to make, with plenty of chopping involved. It is very yummy and uses no salt. Remember to top it with shredded parmesan or parmigiano reggiano, for best results.
