"My Progress" page "Start Weight" is wrong
My Progress page shows Starting Weight date of 6/3/2009 but shows my weight from 2/2/2010. I believe Feb 2 is when I started FitClick but I back dated previous tracking data. Could "My Progress" show the earliest date with the weight from that date? Please Help...

RE: Starting Weight
If you go to your Weight Chart, and click "add new entry" and record your weight for 6/3/2009, it should change your starting weight. If you'd like, you could reply with your start weight and we could change it for you from our end.

re: Starting weight
I just tried your suggestion... no change on the My Progress page... maybe you will have better luck :) My weight on 6/3/2009 was 268 lbs.
Thanks for your help!

Same Thing for Me
I put in a start weight from before I joined fitclick too. My start weight was 201 on 5/30/2009. But now my progress page says 163 start weight on 5/30/2009.

something changed but still not right
Now my start weight say 201.6 for 9/22/05... I never entered any data for 2005. My start weight should say 268 on 6/3/09.
Weird

RE: jjswbs2
We apologize for our prior post as we gave you incorrect instructions. The only way to reset your starting weight is to go to your Account page and click "Start Over" under General Site Preferences.

not quite right yet
I used the "Start Over" option and now my starting weight is showing up correctly :) but the start date is still showing as 9/22/05. The start date should be 6/3/09. At least the weight is right! Yay! Is there any way to correct the date?

delete your history
Tap Clear and select how much browser delete history you'd like to clear: the last hour, the last day, 48 hours' worth, or all recorded history. Alternatively, click on the Safari menu, then either Clear History and Website Data.
