"as seen on tv" workouts
just a lil info first--i am really motivated and will begin to work out after not really hitting the gym regularly for about a yr. around the time i stopped working out and started to gain weight, my ex and i broke up. I gained over 30 lbs.--anyway, i'm planning on getting pretty aggressive and working out twice a day soon, and i'm wondering if anyone has used ANY of the "as seen on tv" work outs @ beachbody.com? I have considered the slim in 6; yoga-booty-ballet; flirty girl fitness among others but those were the top 3 that appealed to me....anyway i wanna know if anyone who isn't being paid got real results lol thank you in advance!! :)

Bender Ball
I purchased the Bender Ball at Target for about $20 and have used it many times.. seeing and feeling the results. it even comes with videos to train to and use. I really enjoy it.. but dont order it online.. everything I read about ordering online is a nightmare.. you can just go get it at target or walmart. But I would also love to try the Yoga-booty-ballet also.. if you try it.. send me a little message and let me know how it works for you.

Yoga Booty Ballet
I have used the yoga booty ballet. I like the basic programs because they do not have complicated aerobics routines. They cover all of the bases - cardio, flexibility, and toning.

Flirty Girl Fitness
I have the flirty girl fitness... and after the first use, I really felt it. The only problem I have with the "as seen on tv" is that it's all home based and i get bored at home alone doing it.

Firm/Barry's Boot Camp
I bought the Firms - it works if you work it. It is a pretty difficult program but after a week or so, you will learn the steps. Works well. I got very tone using it.
Barry's Boot Camp - AWESOME... You can do anything for one minute. It is 1 minute interval training. It is hard, it makes you swear but it is easy to learn and a great work out. The website is great too. No gimics, very straight forward. Worth every penny.
