confused
I am confused on whether I should do cardio or strength training first, can anyone help?

Hi,
Don't be concerned. Either or (what you do first) is completely fine.
Also, you might find that you really enjoy one over the other (more fun, easier, etc). That's a natural feeling. For me it's cardio. My 'preference' would be to do the cardio first, and then, the more difficult weights after. From time to time, I would randomly switch the order of them, just to change it up, and make it more difficult for myself.
Try not to worry. Whatever you choose to do 'First' ...is perfect :)

Training
Do your weight training first, then do your cardio. Then finish off with abs and stretching.
