Step by step
1. From the Workout & Fitness tab select "Workout Tracker" from the drop down menu.
2. Under "Cardio Exercises" click "Add an exercise".
3. Select your walking activity by clicking on the plus sign beside the activity. If you click on the activity itself you will open a new window with a video clip of the exercise, so make sure you are clicking on the plus sign to actually add it.
4. Close the add exercise pop-up if you are finished entering activities.
5. Enter your distance and/or time under "actual" adjust heart rate as required.
6. Click "save & update".
4. Once you are finished all your activities for the day click the "Save Results" blue button (closer to the top of the page).
These instructions are for entering current day exercises and activities. If you want to enter a day in the past you will need to select it from the calendar first. You can also enter future planned workouts, but will not be able to save the results until the day arrives or has passed.

LOL
Whenever I started tracking my exercises I was on the site so long I didn't eat as much. My husband asked why I was taking so much time tracking and just being on the site. LoL until you play around for a while it can be challenging. It's one thing to do it; and another thing to explain it to someone else. Maybe they'll hire you to explain the site to new comers.
