dumbell pair weight tracking : Community Message Boards

dumbell pair weight tracking
I am not sure how much weight to track during certain dumbell exe rcises. If I am doing dumbell flies of 25lbs in each hand simultaneously for 15 reps should I be listing 25 lbs and 15 reps or 50 lbs and 15 reps, or maybe 25 lbs and 30 reps.

I'd also like to suggest a seated two handed dumbell tricep exercise. I can't figure how to separate that into exercises you have.

Tracking Dumbbell Exercises
the weight listed/entered for all dumbbell exercises should be the weight of each dumbbell, not the combined weight.

oddly enough the calorie burn didn't change when I halved the weight I previously entered.
