first day using fitclick
so I'm not really familiar with how this site works. but when I did the exercise plan for today there were a lot I had to "swap" because I dont have dumbells or an exercise ball. there were some exercises that you could only do with dumbells or exercise ball so I X'd those out for today but when I saved it and went to go look at my results for the day, they were back on the list. I dont want it to say exercises I did not do. also, if theres somewhere that I can find out how many calories I've burned doing the exercises point me to it. if not, they should definitely add it

Hello, once you log your exercise and food intake hit home and it will give you your burned calories. Good Luck
