have any questions? Need advice?? I want to help!
I am a person that needs inspiration and motivation but I also LOVE helping others. I am going to school to become a personal trainer and I would love to help out anyway that I can. I am still learning, I am by no means an expert, but I hope that any bit of advice can help someone!

I soooo need help!
I am a 33 year old female that weighs 237lbs. I have a job that has me sitting for a minimum of 8hrs a day 5 days a week. I have gone from sitting all day to exercising 6 days a week in the past 2 weeks. Doing weights one day and cardio the next. I also went from mindless eating to counting calories, eating high protein low carbs and 1400 calories a day and yet have not lost any weight. I am beyond frustrated at this point and dont understand how this is even possible. I have booked a trip to Aruba in May and would like to lose 40lbs by then. Please help me!

Hang in there!
It takes time for your body to adjust and realize what's going on - to move from starvation mode to (with so few calories compared to what it's used to) lose mode. Hang in there, before you know it the pounds will start melting off. Good luck to you!

Cool down
Next day muscle soreness can be the result of an insufficient cool down strategy. Be sure to include a cool down segment at the end of your workout to elimnate lactic acid from your muscles. Massage of the muscles or cool water bath or ice application can also help alleviate the soreness.
