After workout
You may not be drinking enough water before, during and after your workout. Try to drink 64oz a day.

looking for help
Hi-I'm new to working out. I had my 3rd baby almost 3 months ago and I'm ready to lose the weight and get toned. I haven't worked out in like 5 years, so I'm very nervous, but willing to try. I recently purchased the Insanity dvd, but it was too hard for me. I need a workout dvd program because i simply can't afford to go to the gym or leave my kids. What are some good "beginner" level dvds to work out to, or something I could start to do. I'm really ready!

sometimes it takes a friend or someone to go with you to the gym. I have just recently gotten back into the routine of going to the Y. It started with a couple of friends and I'm the only one going faithfully. It gave me the courage to go ahead and try those weight machines too on my own, since we all tried them together. Anyway, good luck to you! If you cant find a friend or someone to go with, maybe getting a trainer to get started again. Best wishes!

So confused...
Okay, so I want to lose some weight and I really like the idea of having running as a big part of my workout. Maybe it's silly, but I like the idea of running outside and being with nature--sort of regenerating mentally as well as physically at the same time or something. Anyways, I've heard a lot about these shoes and read this article: http://www.purematters.com/blog/post/fivefingers-shoes-do-they-really-work
They sound really neat, but has anyone here actually tried theM? And more importantly, would it be okay for a beginner to go running with these, or should I start with more traditionall running shoes?

Thanks guys!
