help me im in trouble!
hello everyone, i really need help. it is july and i am getting married march 6. i found a wedding dress super cheap. but its 4 dress sizes smaller than me. i need to lose 4 dress sizes in 8 months. i plan to work out 3 times a week doing treadmill eliptical and bike machine. i need tips, motivation, and need to know if its even possible to lose that many dress sizes in 8 months. im 215 pounds and need to get at least to 180 or 160. feedback from you is needed!

There are many good fast results giving workouts for you. Plant Based Food or you can join for a good exercise or workout club so that you can lose weight for the 8 months and the dress will be good for you.
