its time to get serious
my name is tiffany, im 25 years old. im here to lose 30lbs and tone like crazy. after high school i gained over 110lbs i was depressed. so i made a change, ive lost over 100lbs and feel great but i still have 30more its so hard ive lost motivation until recently my boyfriend told me he would like to see me lose some weight. whoa! that was kind of a punch in the face for me. i was so mad at first. he should want me for who i am not what i look like. but i calmed down and realized he was right and at least hes concerned about my health. i am so angry at myself now for giving up i want to get back at it and lose the inches. i need some help staying motivated if anyone has any suggestions.

I'm starting over again too! I'm not sure if I have any suggestions on how to stay motivated - I have failed so many times in the past. But I would love to encourage each other as week begin this journey. Good luck to you

hi!
hi girls, i recently well today i jst goined this site, i have two kids and well after my second one thats wen i realized losing weight was so much harder. i am right now 20 lbs mre than i usually am and i am motivated to lose them asap!
i would also like for u guys to look into this cool website its like a blog she is so great and she looks great, she is my motivation, there she shows u different workouts and diets and so much mre.
