need help!!!
ok, so i went to a party, all was good till i got to the food section. ate a lot of pizza and chicken tenders, drank a lot of soda. now i dont think i ate that much all day, around 100 calories till then. had baseball practice just before the party. is this ok?

can be confusing
i had joined Big Loser here in Syracuse.. my gym started up and my trainer always told me.. One day is okay, as long as you get back on track... You always need to get back on track. You would just go crazy if you didn't have some fun now and then.. Don't worry about it. stress is just as bad as FAT.
